Hence, for the legal services of different kind provided to clients of the Company Have been properly assessed and prescribed. As and when paid by a client he will be able to receive its receipt properly issued by authorised official of the Company which must be retained and should be Produced for claiming any Refunds as prescribed in connection with provision of specified Legal Services according to rules applicable at that point of time.

The Consultancy Services where ever Chargeable may not have any provision for Refund. Advocacy Management Services where ever charged may be refunded onlyon Graded basis according to individual Agreement’s entered between the company and the client.
