    Who Can Apply?

    • Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1962
    • Factories Act, 1948 (in Uttar Pradesh)
  2. Monthly Salary Limit: The worker’s basic salary + dearness allowance must not exceed ₹15,000 per month.
  3. Minimum Service Requirement: The worker must have completed at least six months of continuous service and must be employed at the time of application.
  4. Daughters’ Eligibility: Only two daughters per worker can avail of the scheme benefits.
  5. Women Workers’ Eligibility: If the worker is a woman, she is eligible to apply for herself.
  6. When Both Parents are Workers: If both mother and father are employed, only one parent can apply for the scheme.
